I am 18 years or older 
I am a Resident Indian / Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and have completed my KYC (ID and Address Proof) with HDFC Bank 
I do not have more than two account holders in the account to which I am adding a new member 
- The person I want to add:
- Is a Resident Indian
- Has PAN & Aadhaar available for KYC
All existing account holders have submitted the FATCA (Extended KYC – Tax Details) form to HDFC Bank 
I understand that if the new holder is not an existing HDFC Bank customer, Video KYC will be required to complete the process
The new holder’s mobile number is Aadhaar-linked and active for OTP authentication
Please Note:
- Keep the new member’s mobile number, date of birth and PAN ready with you
- Ensure all existing account holders have their NetBanking/Debit Card details handy for verification
- If you have a Joint Account, a link will be sent to the other account holder(s) for their review and approval
- We will send a link to the new member/account holder so that they can review the details
