I am a Resident Indian / Non-Resident Indian (NRI) with an active Savings/Salary Account
I have my Aadhaar Number / Virtual ID (VID) and PAN Card handy
I have my Debit Card/NetBanking details handy for identity verification
My new name is updated in my Aadhaar
Please note:
- Your PAN is updated in the bank’s records, and your physical PAN card is available for Video KYC. (If not, a branch visit will be required.)
- You must be physically present in India to complete the Video KYC.
- Your name will be updated across all Savings/Salary Accounts linked to your Customer ID.
